libhomeradar is an easy to use library for all type of programming language which can use libraries. libhomeradar can connect to different sources to collect aircraft informations arround the world with extended informations, powerful filtering and structured data access.
libhomeradar is written in C and is available for Linux and Windows (2003, XP, NT, Vista).
Currently libhomeradar works with the Kinetic Avionics SBS-1 base station and the Airnav Systems Radarbox.

Database contribution advanced
We proudly present our new database upload tool: winsend2 version 2.1.7
winsend2 2.x is an advanced database contribution tool for our free public aircraft database and can be used to build your own database aka 'libhomeradar personal' to create reports, statistics and more with your contributed contacts. Now you can see also photos from the contacted aircrafts.
We also improved the usage (we think) of our database contribution tool. We are happy about new contributors worldwide. It's easier as you think!
Downloading and installing winsend
Please download winsend2 2.1.7 [4,972 KB]
from our server and decompress the content to a folder of your choice.
For example: C:\Programs\winsend2\ or something else.
Some important informations before you start winsend2:
- allow connections from winsend to libhomeradar.org on port 80 (http)
- allow connections from winsend to libhomeradar.org on port 8080 (collector)
- allow connections from winsend to libhomeradar.org on port 8081 (realtime API)
- allow connections from winsend to planespotting.net on port 80 (photos)

Whats new in winsend2 2.1.7:
- some minor bugs fixed
- added support for the latest libhomeradar.dll
- included a full flight listing (list with contacted and list with unresolvable flights)
- enter routing information for unresolvable flights (and send to libhomeradar if API is enabled)
- minor redesign of control center. added tab handling to easy navigate trough function windows
- full online API support (can be disabled/enabled)
- Control center can be opened by doubleclick on taskbar icon
- added airport database and added flight detail window
- added important contacts (between connected clients at the moment)
- listing of current contact can be switched to unique and updated listing
- tracking of unresolveable airframes
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE
We have tested this version of libhomeradar.dll for viruses on www.virustotal.com and 2 scanner will report a trojan within the lib. We are sure that this is the reason of a binary byte combination. We have send a version of libhomeradar.dll to both companies to make a deeper check.
Our system (we always build from source) has no direct internet connection, latest G-DATA scanner and should be clean.
